Level of Support: USAC, Kraków, Poland

On-Site Staff:

A USAC-Poland Resident Director is located on-site to provide services specifically for USAC students. The Resident Director coordinates an airport pick-up for students who participate in the USAC Group Flight option, as well as an orientation upon arrival where they will help you adjust to the new culture. The Resident Director will also assist in arranging accommodations. The Resident Director is available to students as much or as little as they need them.

USAC does provide some excursions that are included in program fees. In addition, USAC may coordinate tours that will cost an additional fee, but are usually affordable. To see what past excursions have been offered, click here. 

Health & Disability Resources:

If you become sick or injured, the Resident Director on-site with assist you with locating a medical facility in Kraków, and they can go with you and speak on your behalf if a language barrier is present. The university has a clinic located right on campus that students are able to visit for a small fee. In addition, the university also is available to assist with any psychological help that students may need. Poland is also known for having the most pharmacies in the world, so students will also be able to visit a local pharmacy if they need medications.
