Level of Support: CETS Faculty-Led Immersion

On-Site Resources:

This is a faculty-led immersion program, which means you will travel with 20 other UW-Eau Claire students and 3 UW-Eau Claire faculty/staff. The summer 2019 program will be led by Dr. Jeff DeGrave (Geography & Anthropology), Dr. Chia-Yu Hsu (Music & Theater Arts), and Dr. Jim Rybicki (Physics & Astronomy). They will be your first step for any on-site support you need.

Health & Disability Resources:

Because this program has been running for many years, the faculty leaders are knowledgeable about quality doctors or hospitals in all cities you visit, and will assist you with any questions or concerns. The CISI insurance website can also provide nearby English-speaking medical facilities.

More Information:

If you still have questions on level of support, you can contact Jeff DeGrave (Intercultural Immersion Coordinator) by calling 715-836-4471 or emailing degravjr@uwec.edu.

After acceptance into the program, you will obtain more information about services, at your program location, in your program guide and in orientation materials.
