Level of Support: Japan Faculty-Led Immersion
On-Site Resources:
This is a faculty-led immersion program, which means you will travel with 10-12 other UW-Eau Claire students and 2 UW-Eau Claire faculty/staff. The summer 2019 program will be led by Dr. Saori Braun (Kinesiology) and Dr. Jeffrey Janot (Kinesiology). They will be your first step for any on-site support you need. You will have opportunities to meet Kinesiology students and professors from around the world during the Tsukuba Institute.Health & Disability Resources:
The Tsukuba Institute is hosted by the University of Tsukuba, which has its own clinic and hospital on campus. While in Tokyo, the CISI insurance website, and the faculty leaders, can provide nearby English-speaking doctors or hospitals if necessary.More Information:
