Program Summary & Location
The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire & the University of Aberdeen established a bilateral exchange agreement in 2016, after exchanging students through a Wisconsin-Scotland consortium for many years prior to that. You can study at Aberdeen for a semester or a full academic year.
Founded in 1495, the University of Aberdeen is the third oldest university in Scotland and the fifth oldest in the U.K. With a student population of 13,000, Aberdeen offers nearly 90 majors in three Colleges: Life Sciences & Medicine, Physical Sciences, and Arts & Social Sciences. You can find complete information at http://www.abdn.ac.uk/.

Housing & Meals
At Aberdeen, you will stay in one of the Hillhead Halls, a group of residences, with a range of services provided, and a corresponding range of costs. You can choose between "catered
accommodation," which comes with a meal plan or "self-catered", which means you have access to a kitchen where you cook your meals. You can find details here
By clicking on the following term, you will find more information on program costs. If the term you want to go abroad is not listed, please see the most recent term and add 7% to your estimate to factor in exchange rate fluctuations and tuition increases. Click on the buttons below to view that term's cost estimate. Please note that in Spring 2019, the program will run on a study abroad, rather than an exchange basis.
